The location is excellent, the rooms are small, the noise insulation is excellent.
No fridge, breakfast is minimal.

The breakfast was great and the parking was nearby. The personnel was pleasant offered me a budget and neat room with balconies, kettle plus decent sized WC. Location: the hotel was really close to activities in Oporto and almost all the tourist sights.

Superb location near São Bento station, unique artistic ambiance, proximity to popular attractions
No bar or restaurant options !!! Infuriating noise from the hall and neighboring rooms made sleep a challenge. Management should seriously consider soundproofing improvements!!! Limited parking availability is another hassle guests should know about.

The bar next to the hotel makes good cuba music, you can listen from your room.
-Poor location, not so close to metro. The heart of Porto city is nearby the river. - Linens were dirty, also pillows were bad. - Bathroom was dirty. - Hotel staff were unfirendly. ı deffinetly do not suggest this hotel.

The room was kept very clean and available with a half-decent desk. The breakfasts for Gluten Free items. The location was best possible and absolutely ideal, right by the historical centre, and Six bridges. The rooms were well-equipped and a nice size and the service excellent!

The hotel was fairly clean and the staff were very kind. The attached restaurant and large bar, we truly enjoyed them.

Staff were very friendly and all seem to speak English, French & German, one Receptionist/Barman spoke English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian & Hungarian! Impressive! Food in the restaurant was very good. Location is excellent, near the Town Hall, 10 minutes walk from everything.
The street below our window was very noisy throughout the night so never got a proper nights sleep, pillows were very uncomfortable and room was quite dated

Plot twist, it's actually great!
The charming historic building stands on a quiet street yet is conveniently close to local attractions. The staff's warmth and attentiveness. Breakfast options were good, and my compact room provided a cozy retreat. I was never without a friendly face to assist me!

The hotel was great, the only problem is that there was alot of yelling and noise on the street during the weekend. Besides that they were extremely helpful and polite.

Great location to main square and shopping and subway nearby. Parking is 100m up the street, guarded 24/7 at a cost of about 18E for 24hrs. Wonderful breakfast and diningroom.
No hairdryers...very hard to drive to as many streets are one way and the entrance is hard to find at first glance. Was expecting some special mention since there was a birthday in our group and they were informed beforehand.

The hotel is very well situated for visiting the city on foot and there are a lot of places to eat within walking distance. It is also close to a subway station so can easily go anywhere in the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

The spacious room was super clean and the decor was really nice. We enjoyed unwinding in the cozy lounge and the game room when we weren't out exploring. The only slight bummer was that we didn't have complimentary coffee in the room, but overall, it was a fantastic stay 😊
